A short film · Pasajcap, Lake Atitlán

More than a holiday rental.

Pasajcap is one of the largest private lakefront estates on Lake Atitlán, where independent homes are set among mature gardens, private docks and peaceful spaces designed for rest, connection and long stays.

II · Life on the property

A day, slowly by the lake.

1 · Morning

Wake to Silence, Not an Alarm

Before San Marcos begins to stir, the lake is often perfectly still, reflecting the surrounding volcanoes. Some guests start the day with a swim, others enjoy coffee on their terrace as birdsong replaces the noise of traffic. There is no rush, just space to begin the day well.

2 · Late Morning

Find Your Own Rhythm

Some spend the morning working from a shaded terrace with reliable WiFi. Others paddle across the lake, explore nearby trails, write, paint, or simply enjoy the quiet with a good book. Here, work and rest don't compete, they find their own natural rhythm.

3 · Afternoon

The Lake Becomes Your Backyard

A stroll through the gardens, a swim in the lake, lunch at one of San Marcos' cafés, or an afternoon in the sauna. Whether you're seeking adventure or quiet moments, nature is always just a few steps away.

4 · Evening

When the Day Softens

As the light fades behind the volcanoes, conversations grow quieter and the pace slows once again. Some gather with friends, others retreat to their private terrace with a glass of wine. It's a simple rhythm, one that many guests discover they've been missing.

Between two pueblos, one lake, three volcanoes.

We sit on the western shore between San Marcos and Tzununá, an easy walk along the lake path to San Marcos downtown or to Tzununá, and a short boat ride from every other pueblo on Atitlán.

The water is in front of the gardens. The volcanoes, Tolimán, Atitlán and San Pedro, rise across the horizon every clear morning.
